Agreement
CrowX is provided by CrowX. By creating an account you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy and the community rules.
Who can use CrowX
CrowX is for people aged 18 and over only. The details you give when signing up must be true, your account is for you alone, and you are responsible for keeping your password safe.
The service
CrowX matches you with a stranger for a timed, anonymous chat based on your interests. We do not promise that a match will always be found or that the service will run without interruption. We may change, add or remove features.
Tokens
Tokens let you use some extras in the app (such as more time, choosing countries to match with, or skipping a conversation). Free tokens are given every week; more can be bought in the app store. Tokens have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money or transferred, and can only be used on this account. We may change prices and what tokens can be used for. Something not used (such as a request for more time nobody answered) is refunded; otherwise refunds of purchases follow the app store’s rules and your legal rights. Remaining tokens are deleted when an account is closed.
Conduct
You must follow the community rules. In particular, harassment, threats, hate speech, unwanted sexual content, any content involving minors, scams, spam and sharing other people's personal information are not allowed. You are responsible for what you say in a chat.
Moderation and enforcement
We review reports and, where the rules are broken, may warn you, require you to change your username, suspend your account or close it permanently. The email address of a permanently closed account cannot be used to sign up again. To appeal a decision, write to destek@crowx.space.
Other users
We do not choose who you talk to and we do not check what they say in advance. We recommend never sharing personal details, money or account information with anyone. You can end a chat, block and report the other person the moment you feel uncomfortable.
Liability
CrowX is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damage caused by other users' conduct or by interruptions to the service. This does not affect rights that cannot be limited by law.
Ending your account
You can delete your account from Settings at any time. We may close your account if you break these terms.
Changes and governing law
If we change these terms we update the date above and announce important changes in the app; continuing to use CrowX means you accept the new terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without affecting the mandatory rights you have as a consumer.
