In the app
- Open CrowX and go to Profile.
- Tap the gear at the top to open Settings.
- Scroll down and tap Delete account, then confirm.
You can still change your mind for 24 hours: sign in again and bring your account back. After 24 hours your account and profile are deleted for good.
Without the app
Write to destek@crowx.space from the email address of your account and ask for it to be deleted. We reply within 30 days.
What is deleted, and what is kept
- Deleted: your account, profile, interests, Crown balance, passport, chats and messages.
- Removed within 90 days: the IP addresses and device details kept for security.
- Kept: reports filed by or about you, for the community's safety; and the email address of an account closed for breaking the rules, so it can't sign up again.
Everything we keep, and for how long, is in the privacy policy.
